Measuring most rooms is relatively easy and to help you we have produced a simple guide.         A Room         Simply measure the width and length of the room, always remembering to measure into doorways, alcoves and recesses. Note the type of floor i.e.concrete, wood boards etc.             Stairs         There is no need to measure the length of the stairs, just count the number of stairs and multiply by the length of the stair (back to base as shown) and measure the width of the stair.
